1. No Refunds, No Returns Policy

At Mitsmi, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products and in an effort to keep prices fair, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any orders.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any items purchased. We recommend double-checking the size chart and product details before making a purchase to ensure a perfect fit.

3. Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be modified. If you made a mistake when ordering (e.g., wrong size, incorrect address), please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

4. Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping fees are determined based on location, within Australia shipping costs are $10. Shipping costs worldwide will be calculated at the checkout

5. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to review their order carefully before completing the checkout process. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our no-return, no-refund policy.

1. I ordered the wrong size or made a mistake with my order. Can I change it?

We cannot modify an order once it’s been placed. Please ensure your order is correct before checking out. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing the order, and we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee any changes once the order is processed.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. The final shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it is processed and shipped instantly. Unfortunately, we cannot always cancel orders after they have been confirmed. Contact us immediately

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Generally, orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed, and delivery times can range from 5 to 15 business days for domestic orders and longer for international orders.
